This keyword sets the value for the F000 term. Although GraphEnt will chose a value by default, more often than not this will not be ideal. The importance of this term for the calculation is discussed analytically in section 8.1 and will not be repeated here. I will just mention that a completely wrong value of F000 is the most common source of problems with the program.
