From the set of reflections that satisfy all other selection criteria, chose randomly only a fraction f for the minimisation. Although this might sound like an unbiased way to reduce the number of reflections for the minimisation, in practice it didn't prove much of a help. Default 1.0 (ie use all selected reflections).
