PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION
I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece and currently:
I am a faculty member at the Department of International Economic Relations and Development of the Democritus University of Thrace. I teach at the undergraduate level Macroeconomics I and II and Entrepreneurship I and II. At the graduate level I teach International Economics, International Finance, and International Banking and Finance.
I teach at the School of Social Sciences of the Greek Open University the graduate course on Banking.
I am a financial consultant for the Gerson Lehrman Group, Austin, Texas.
I also work on special research projects for the Greek Ministry of Finance and the European Union.
My research interests in Economics include the areas of:
