MODN <string> :

Where <string> is a valid file name corresponding to the file that contains the atomic coordinates of the Nth search model in the multi-model mode (for example, MOD1 DNA.pdb will instruct the program to read the coordinates of the first model from a PDB file named DNA.pdb). The form of these PDB file was discussed in section 5. Note that when you run the program without the -auto flag, the unit cell dimensions and space group number must be defined in the input file (the CRYST card in the PDB files will be ignored). Please also note that the keywords MODN and MODEl are mutually exclusive.
