Where n is interval (in time steps) over which the average number
of moves made against the gradient will be calculated. Based on the result of this
calculation (and the value defined in the AUTO keyword), the temperature will be
increased or decreased by the value defined in the DELTa_temp keyword. A value in the
range 2000-5000 will be appropriate for most problems.
