DELTa_temp $\Delta$T :

Where $\Delta$T is the increment or decrement applied to the current temperature (every UPDAte steps) during a heating-bath simulation. If too big a value is given, the system will abruptly jump from hot ( T_steady + $\Delta$T) to cold ( T_steady - $\Delta$T) every UPDAte time steps. If too small a value is given, the system will be approaching the equilibrium state too slowly. A value of about 0.00020 units should do for most problems.
