Official Holidays


July and august are considered months of summer holidays. During those months there are no courses or examinations.

From September to June the following days are officialy considered as holidays:

  • Christmas Holidays from 24 december till 7 january
  • Orthodox Christian "Clean" Monday
  • Easter Holiday
  • 28th October (National Holiday).
  • 17th November (National Holiday).
  • 30th January (Orthodox Christian Holiday).
  • 25th March (National Holiday).
  • 1st May.
  • 14nth May. (City of KomotiniHoliday).
  • Monday of the Holy Spirit.
