      I am Professor of Mathematics and Statistics at the Democritus University of Thrace, Section of     Mathematics,Department of Civil Engineering .

     

     The research topics of my interest include, and are not limited to: Point-Set Topology, Mathematical Modeling and Fuzzy Logic with Applications in Engineering, Statistics and Theory of Economics & Finance.

    I have received the Diploma (four years) of Mathematics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and my Ph.D. from the Democritus University of Thrace,Ph.D sponsored with a scholarship by the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY).
