The Boltzmann annealing mode

This is the default mode for QS (ie. when the -auto flag is defined). For this mode, the temperature T at time step t of the minimisation is given by T = T₀/log(t) where T₀ is the starting temperature for the simulation (can be determined automatically with the keyword DETErmine_bath). This mode implies a constant move-size control as described for the constant temperature run.
